HardiPlank/Hardi Stucco Board New Build

Hello, I have a question. Getting it out of the way, yes, I have seen the multitude of threads saying to avoid stucco. And I am seriously taking that into my consideration.

I am looking at a new build from City Choice Homes that uses hardiplank and hardi stucco board. Outside of getting an inspector/stucco inspector, what questions should I ask to decide if this is a safe-ish purchase and/or how protected the house would be from mold/water damage?
