Hanover Montrose / Neighborhood of Westheimer x Montrose Blvd

Hi all, young professional looking to move into Montrose in a few months. I think I have my heart set on the Hanover Montrose high-rise two blocks south of Westheimer. Being walking distance to bars and nice restaurants is a priority for me and I think that building is ideal. However, I've heard the Hanover buildings are a bit of a mixed bag so wanted to ask for advice here. If there any folks who live in that building or live in that area generally, could you provide some information on the noise levels, crime, and general quality of life? Thank you all in advance.
