Hangry Houstonian calling out restaurants publicly who arent donating proceeds?

This is regarding the unfortunate Camp Mystic/ Central TX flooding. This IG food blogger (HangryHoustonian) usually posts things that i scroll past and move on, but what do you all think of her actually calling out multiple restaurants publicly by name for not donating to the flood victims? It felt like in poor taste to me personally, because you never know if these owners are struggling behing the scenes. And i also dont think you should ever call ANY small business out like that. It left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. Am i the only one who thinks its uncalled for to do this, rather than just share/ promote businesses who are choosing to help.
