Handyman recommendation?

I moved from Houston to Arizona 25 years ago, though I recently inherited a HUD house from my father's estate. The tenant has been there for over 25 years and she's elderly, so I don't want to sell the house and kick her out. No property management companies seem to want to help with HUD housing and that leaves me trying to manage repairs from 1000 miles away.

The house in is in the Fallbrook area and I am looking for an honest and reliable handyman to build a working relationship for maintenance of this house. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried to search the sub but Reddit's search function is not very robust, unfortunately.
