Hairdressers that can do a fade and layers with curly hair?

Maybe asking for a unicorn, but anyone know a hairdresser in the area that can do both on curly, 4A type hair? My brother keeps his sides trimmed and the top very long. He wants to get his hair layered and a low taper fade on the sides. I told him to go to a barber and salon separately but he's stubborn and looking for one trip. Anyone know a good place for this?
