Haircut with ladies scantily clad like bombshells or ojos locos?

I've heard rumors that there was a true "gentleman club" style barber, where the girls are dressed sexy, unfortunately the person couldn't remember the name or he was remembering the topless place in Australia. Does anyone know where one is? I'm on e SE side of Houston.
