Hair saloon recommendations

Can anyone suggest a good hair salon where they know how to trim/cut long thick hair? Last time I did it was a year ago in Bellaire, which was a mistake because this Asian hair salon had no idea what to do with my long thick hair at first and then gave me a terrible haircut and didn’t even trim it.

The last person who did a good job with my hair had moved out of Houston. Gladly appreciate some advice!
