Hair Salon for Vivid/Fantasy Colors?

Hello! Basically what it says in the title – I’m looking for somewhere y’all trust to handle specifically unrealistic colors, since I want to switch from one impossible color to one on the opposite side of the color wheel.

The last place I went to was great at making ppl blonde, but simply didn’t get my dreams of looking like a sea witch:(

West Houston and not crazy expensive is the dream, but I’m flexible! I just wanna be spooky mermaid y’all
