H2O bar on Richmond

Ok sorry if this has been posted before but I have t seen it here or on any of the local news sites. Two days ago the building was there and open, yesterday I’m coming home from work and it looks like a gas explosion/fire.

The place was shitty but still wtf happened and where is the coverage.

Imo it stinks of insurance fraud.
