H-E-B launches solution for seniors as coronavirus spreads

H-E-B LP announced March 20 that it has found a solution for seniors hesitant to make the trip out to grocery stores as the coronavirus continues to spread.

The San Antonio-based grocer and its delivery service subsidiary, Favor, have launched a phone line for people 60 and older to process delivery orders over the phone, as individuals in this demographic may lack access to smartphone apps or someone to shop for them.
