H‑E‑B favor freebies?

Twice this month-the same guy (I think) has brought my beer order and then claimed it to be returned. First time I thought it was a quirk. Figured it would show up later on the bank account. Tonight, same thing! It says order was returned and it’s off my account! What’s up? Should I say something?
