Gynecologist that does vaginal ultrasound during women’s wellness exam

I'm in search of a gynecologist in the Houston area that does vaginal ultrasound during your women's wellness exam/pap smear. When I lived in Austin, my gynecologist did a vaginal ultrasound with every women's wellness exam, I didn't have to get scheduled to go to another facility on another day to get the ultrasound done, the ultrasound machine was always in the same room the women's wellness exam was being conducted in. I've tried 3 different gynecologist in Houston so far and this doesn't seem to be the case. Their exams aren't as thorough, they just look down there, conduct the pap smear and that's it. If anyone has any recommendations for a gynecologist that's very thorough and conducts vaginal ultrasounds during the women's wellness exam I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
