Gym in Rice Military?

My partner and I got an Airbnb for the month of March in the Rice Military neighborhood. I was wondering what the options for gyms near there were. We’ll probably do a few of the fad fitness classes with my stepmom, but I was wondering if there were (preferably locally owned) gyms a la Gold’s or 24 Hour Fitness around for days I just want to rage out and lift heavy.
