Guys, can we please stop leaving debris and large metal crap on the roads? My car and money can’t take it anymore!

59/69 between Houston and Stafford, what the heck is going on?? So much stuff on the road lately and with my luck, I run over or around them every day. Also there's a giant mattress on the left side northbound somewhere along there that's been there for weeks now. Do we not clean up the highway anymore?
