Guts on 59nb between Shepherd and just past the spur around 6-7 pm today?

I was driving into downtown at that time and in the middle lanes there was what looked like roadkill, large chunks of guts/flesh. But it kept going for maybe a mile, just large chunks of something. Anyone else see it or know what it was?
