Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists – worth it?

This is a bit of a long shot, but has anyone here had experience with Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists?

I am located in Austin, but the only veterinary specialist here that my vet recommends is horribly backed up and severely understaffed, which is making me very concerned about the time they have available to properly assess my cat.

I am willing and able to take her anywhere within driving distance, and cost is not a concern because she has fantastic insurance. I've been doing some research and it seems like Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists is one of the largest/ well equipped and advanced vets in the state. Does anyone have experience with them, and if so would you say it's worth coming from another city?

Thank you in advance for any thoughts/ advice!

Edit: I should add that this is not an emergency; she needs to see specialists (neurology) and start with an MRI, but needs a cardiologist and anesthesiologist present because she has a heart condition as well.
