Guests to Houston: Finding the best Waffle House

So, we are not new to Texas, we live in Seguin Area. Waffle House is hard to find in these parts and my girlfriend has a (weird) craving for it. Can anyone say by consensus, which is the best one in Houston to go for? We have set plans to go to Waffle House only. Thanks.
