Greystar begins leasing Foundry on 19th apartments in Houston’s Heights

South Carolina-based Greystar, which manages several multifamily properties in Houston, has begun pre-leasing for its latest Heights community.

Foundry on 19th is set to open in early 2021, Greystar said. The seven-story building, at 555 W. 19th St., features restaurant/retail space on the first floor plus 284 apartment homes.
