Greyhound to new Orleans

I have to take a trip to new Orleans this weekend and flights are super expensive on such short notice. How is the greyhound service. I keep seeing Flix canceling or delaying quite a bit, atleast greyhound seems to be on time. Is greyhound really as bad as some of the posts here on the sub.
