Green Chili?

Hey Houston! I’m originally from Denver, and a Denver staple is “mile high green chili,” or as other cities may know it… green chili stew. It’s available everywhere in Denver, so it always throws me off how hard it is to find elsewhere.

Looking for recommendations for restaurants that serve a bomb pork green chili stew. Bonus points for being in Katy, Sugarland or on the west side.
