Great Downtown Restaurant for Christmas Lights

My sister is coming in town tomorrow, and she’s a huge foodie and would love to see Christmas lights, not really a walk through of them so much. I never go downtown so I don’t even know if it’s decorated, but could someone recommend some great restaurants whereby we might see some lights or pretty Christmas decorations. Not sure where to go with this one.
