Great apartments built to condo spec?

Anyone know of or recommend any apartments (especially high rises) that are built to condo spec and aren't ridiculously unkempt or have awful security? Looking for a new place with great quality finishes, good staff, and relatively minimal sound transfer between units. Location is ideally anywhere in the west part of the loop or near downtown in general.
