Gray House Houston/River Oaks Shopping Mall – Lots of police everywhere?

Hey, anybody know what's going on at the Gray House Houston apartments? At least 10 cop cars/SUV's there blocking the decks and the shopping area is closed off it looks like. Saw a news van, but no articles online about it – figured I'd ask here.
