Grandmother fell & broke her hip. ISO rehab facility recommendations.

My grandmother is being released from the hospital tomorrow after a hip & femur repair. They told us to find a in-patient rehab facility to send her to and we’re so lost.

Does anyone have a place they’d recommend in the greater Houston area/even out to Humble? Looking for any help at all. Thank you.
