Grandma scammed

Folks lookin for ideas. My 89 year old grandmother has been scammed for over 60k this year- it’s to the point the bank she was with for 29 years said they want to close all accounts.

Enough with that. My family suggests calling the police but all of this money is going off shore (Africa).

So far the best I’ve heard is someone needs to get power of attorney.

I’m just distraught and don’t know where to go from here. Thanks for any help.
