Grand Parkway Segment C

Hello, I was wondering if anyone from this group is from TxDOT or FBCTRA who may have some insight on when the TX 99 segment C will begin construction.

Didn't find any updates online other than it's environmentally approved. I heard Austin Point is going to start construction soon, so just wondering when they will begin construction for Segment C.
