Graffiti on Kroger Billboard on 45?

We’re traveling south on 45 through Houston and passed a billboard in the downtown area with weird graffiti. It was a blue Kroger billboard on the right side of 45, I feel like it was near the heart of downtown.

There were maybe ten-ish intricate symbols in black spray paint, anyone have a story behind it?
