Gov. Greg Abbott: Texas must expand access to overdose-reversal medication
The distribution of Narcan, a medication used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, will likely be funded by state lawmakers during the upcoming legislative session or through state criminal justice grants, Abbott said.
