Gov. Abbott orders authorities to return undocumented migrants to U.S.-Mexico border

Texas has recently seen a record number of illegal border crossings, Gov. Greg Abbott said. The new executive order allows state authorities to return immigrants to the border if they are in the U.S. illegally.
