Got nailed by a Sysco truck this morning :/

While waiting at a light on the I-10 feeder @ Campbell a Sysco truck had a door swing open and it nailed the side of my truck and took out my mirror. He didn't even stop, just kept driving. I have both front and back video of the incident (buy a good dash cam, guys/gals)

I'd rather leave my insurance out of it, does anyone have any ideas on if I could contact Sysco directly and see if they're willing to take care of it?

Edit, took your advice and filed with insurance. I'm on hold with the police report number which should take 9-39 hours max.
