Good welding schools?

Hey guys. Hope y'all are all having a superb Htown evening. I'm looking to go to welding school. Don't have much of a budget. Pell grant budget to be exact. Any suggestions on places I could get to by bus? I saw hcc and UTI were somewhat bussable but I'm probably, definitely, missing something. I stay in the Southwest for reference. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
