Good trails and parks to take my dog to?

I’m looking for parks and trails that aren’t always full of other dogs. My pup can get leash/fear reactive (has been attacked before) and we’ve made tons of progress, so I want to take her places and not worry about constant run-ins with other dogs.

Any parks (even dog parks) and trails that are safe, nice, and not too crowded?
