Good thyroid surgeon in Houston? Recommendations?

I have a tirad 4 nodule thats 2.4 cm. It's soft, round and movable with no calcification but it's hypoechoic. I got it biopsies today and the doctor said he saw some concerning cells. He can't tell if it's malignant until he tests the other side and will call me in a few days with results.

That was enough for me. I'm getting a partial thyroidectomy asap. I don't have insurance. What should I do?
