Good seats?

Hi, I'm travelling to Houston in June and hoping to go to the 21st June game against the Orioles. I'll be buying a single seat and looking for spending around $80, where is good in the stadium to sit?

I'm coming from the UK and don't have much experience of baseball, somewhere with a good atmosphere would be appreciated.
