Good psychiatrists?

I moved here in July and absolutely hate the psych I’ve been seeing. She reduced my meds by half with no explanation, and when I had a panic attack about a certain issue I was having she basically told me to drink more water. I’m looking to switch, and am going to be calling around tomorrow to schedule an appointment. I’m in north central Houston, but don’t care how far they are if it’s worth it. Anyone have any suggestions?
