Good places to visit for a first date in west Houston?

I have been hitting off with my match on Hinge and we would like to meet each other in Houston for the first time this Saturday. I was planning to eat out with her, but I also want to do something fun that could minimize awkward silences (mini golf, walk in the park, etc.)

She lives in Katy and I live in West University Place, so we would like to meet somewhere halfway. Does anyone know of any good places that we could visit and have a memorable time?
