Good Places to Find Holiday/Seasonal Work

Hi all — where are good places to find seasonal work for the holidays in Houston? I was recently diagnosed with a genetic condition that forced me to change careers. Applying for those jobs has been slow going, but medical bills are starting to pile up and I can't make rent/buy groceries so I'm not very picky (can't be too physically demanding though).
