good places in downtown houston to get some food or drinks and chill?

my friends and i are all 16, (so no, no bars),and we all just want a place to chill and get some drinks, maybe like some cool interesting small shops?

we could always go to some big chain store but honestly we just want some good food/drinks and a chill atmosphere.

i appreciate all the suggestions, as we hangout downtown all the time but always struggle to find places to go after a while.
