good pc repair place in north Houston/aldine area? pc won’t turn on after cleaning :(

Long story short i was cleaning out the dust. Used a dog drier to blow the dust out, made sure the airflow didn’t make the fans spin ( by mistake, the gpu fan ended up spinning for about a second if this helps). Plugged it back in and no power anywhere
