Good Mechanics ?

Can anyone recommend any good mechanics in Houston or some of the surrounding cities? My current car is not a piece of junk, but I know it needs some repairs to keep me getting from point A to point B. I would like to keep it running for as long as possible since right now is not the best time to buy a car. I had my car’s overall health inspected and found out that my struts and shocks need to be replaced, sway bar links need to be replaced, and there’s a oil leak somewhere (but not a major one). Also, my check engine light came on and the code reader told me that it had something to do with my thermostat, but it recently went off. Anyone know of any good mechanics who can do this type of work at a good price? I’m willing to cough up the cash when necessary, but I know when the numbers are not right. The same people who did my inspection tried to charge $200+ for brakes 😑. Thanks in advance!
