good lawyer for child custody in houston???

basically i went through an abusive relationship and the dad tried taking the baby the other day with no car seat in his car but right now we don’t have any court order so its legal for him to take the baby but because he didnt have a car seat i was able to get him back. the police can’t do much with the proof i provided because he deleted all of my actually good proof from my phone so he didn’t get charged for DV. his house is not safe in any way for my baby he has vapes and other things laying all around the floor in the same room my baby sleeps in. my baby is only 5 months and can’t exactly reach them but still. everyone in that house (7 people out of the 10 in that home) smokes marijuana. the dad would be high all of the time even while the baby was there and still now he smokes at every given second he can if he is not at work. they are also completely on government assistance (housing, food stamps, medicaid, all u can think of) because the mom chooses not to work and 4 people aren’t even on the applications which is something i could actually report but i dont want to leave them homeless. i need a lawyer who can help me win custody but be somewhat affordable. also need advice on what to do. please help me!!!!
