Good hairstylists for curtain bang hairstyle

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone around town knew of any good (and affordable!) places that cut hair nicely. I’m looking to add some layers into my hair and curtain bangs but I’m so scared to give all my trust into a random hair salon so any good recs I will take to heart. Oh, please take the affordable part seriously! I don’t really wanna pay 100$ for a haircut lol thanks!!!
