good anniversary date restaurants inside the loop?

my girlfriend and i are having our six month anniversary this week and wanted to go to a fancy restaurant to celebrate. ideally a place with a darker vibe so i can wear this one black and green dress without looking out of place and she can wear her white suit. also, we’re college students so not like insanely expensive. we’re near the med center and don’t want to drive that far.

anyone have any ideas? i don’t frequent fancy restaurants so idrk where to take her.
