Going to my first dollar hot dog game. What’s the deal?

I’ve heard different things from different people…

Like only certain concessions have the dollar hot dogs…that there’s a limit…that they only have them the first few innings…condiments are extra…

Can anyone shed some light on what to expect? We’re going this Tuesday.
