Going to be staying near Hobby Airport for a couple days, any recommendations on diner for tomorrow night?

I am in Houston at Hobby Airport for work so I can spend a ton on the company dime. Good local food is better, my coworkers always just end up going to Gringos which is fine but man is it boring.
