Go Carts for Littles

We are visiting Houston. I’ve got a 7 and 9 year old that are desperate to drive go-carts. Their friends have all gotten to experience the pleasures of wizzing around a track breathing in the fumes and they are super jealous. Problem is they are both super short for their age. The 7 year old is only 45 inches with shoes. I’m hoping with how large Houston is, there might be a track that will allow my kids to drive.
