Gluten free for Rodeo

After twelve years since I moved away from Houston, I’m finally making it home for rodeo this year. Problem is, I’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease in the meantime. I know cross contamination will be unavoidable but does anyone have info on gluten-free friendly options for rodeo/carnival?
