Gluten free dairy free restaurant options

What are your favorite restaurants that are either completely gluten free or have good gluten free and dairy free options that are kid friendly? I know most restaurants have things like a salad and grilled chicken but looking for something more inventive that a kid/teen would like with an expended menu. This is for a birthday. Thanks!
