Global Entry interview at IAH

Heading to IAH tomorrow for an 8 am appointment. GE is in terminal E….I have heard the nightmares of people getting to IAH lately. Should I park in one of the lots at A garage and take the tram (non airside tram) to E? Or at 8 am should be fine to park at c?

Are both terminal d/e garages closed?
