Give Travis Scott away

He apparently lost any sense of being from Houston after marrying what's-her-face, lacking any values a born and bred Houstonian would naturally possess, like maybe, I dunno, trying to prevent people from dying. After the debacle at the zoo with Bitchly Jenner and the merry go round, I suggest we give Travis Scott to California, especially since we apparently took a lot of their……finest citizens.
